Job Description:

GENERAL

  • Attend & follow up meeting such as daily pre-shift meeting, performance

meeting, safety meeting, and safety inspection.

  • Proactively providing feedback to improve aspects of safety, health,

environment, and service quality.

  • Implement good communication ethics with Customers and with coworkers,

both to receive information properly and to distribute / convey

information.

  • Implement cooperation in the workplace, which includes identifying the

goals and roles of the group to produce effective and appropriate

contributions.

  • Support employee's development program by actively sharing knowledge

with colleagues, and actively work to raise the competence level of the

team. Strive for unity and trust within the team and expect to produce best

performance.

  • Responsible as a PJO on-site to ensure safety, health and welfare of

people reporting to him/her or people assigned to him/her.

SERVICE

  • To conduct preparation of service job, repair & installation including

required technician, tools, parts, consumable etc and completion of the

services.

  • To conduct inspection and maintenance of machine, tools, equipment,

facility, parts listing, refurbishment / overhaul customer equipment in a

timely manner to ensure positive customer relations.

  • Actively participate in the daily work plan; always promote a positive

working environment with both co-workers and customers.

  • Monitor upcoming scheduled maintenance, ensuring required parts are

fully ordered and received as required by customer.

  • Implement correct maintenance philosophy in all service agreement with

customers. Monitor maintenance process, evaluate maintenance

performance and recommend continuous improvement action plan, and

monitor the implementation.

  • Perform the failure analysis to determine root cause and contribute to

product and system improvement.

  • Analyze and recommend order of goods to GA (for consumables) and

Planner (for spare parts).

  • Recommend technical training for Service Team, discuss with Supervisor

for training plan realization.

  • Prepare required documents for warranty related issues and monitor

warranty claim closing.

  • Responsible for implementation of stock take on-site as required
  • Adopt a “pro-active” rather than a “re-active” approach.

REPORTING

  • Provide detailed service report (schedule or non-scheduled) as required

and distribute to customers (inspection report, service report, backlog

report, monthly site report, etc.)

  • Provide report of spare parts used in transaction process (supply parts,

book parts usage in SO / SOM, generate Delivery Note and send to sales

admin)

  • Perform pre-start inspection prior conduct an activity and fill the

logbook/form, (e.g., light vehicle, tools, machine, facility, etc), completion

of SHEQ documents during maintenance practice (Procedure, Safe

Check, JHA, etc.), manage documents archive as evidence and register

in database.

  • Monitor and provide report of usage, inspection and maintenance of all

Work Tools, Equipment, Facilities, And Other Company Assets.

  • Ensure all subordinates complete the time sheet and leave (annual leave,

field break, sick leave, etc.) in Absence Database system before process

Payroll.

SHEQ

  • Maintain the workplace cleanliness, healthiness, and safety.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor if there are problems on the job, or if there

are unsafe conditions or unsafe actions while working.

  • Immediately report to direct superior any “Near Miss, Incident and

Accident”.

  • Conduct all activity complying and committed to Safety, Health,

Environment, And Quality Aspect, Applicable Legal Requirements & Other

requirement.

  • Comply and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS)

procedures.

  • Implement 5S principles in daily activity (Sort – sortir; Simplify – ringkas;

Shine – bersih; Standardize – standarisasi; Sustain – pertahankan).

  • Fulfil Safety Tracker (Safety Meeting, Safety Inspection, Safety

Interaction) as per customer requirements.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Diploma / SMK Majoring in Technical or have experience at relevant

field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years related experience in the mining and

construction industry or relevant.

  • Strong knowledge of Epiroc product and services.

Technical Knowledge & Skill:

  • Basic SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality)
  • Epiroc product knowledge align with his/ her technical competence.
  • Basic Mechanical, Tooling, Hose & Fitting, Hydraulic, Fire

Suppression System & Auto Lubrication System.

  • Ability to create daily activity form and Failure Analysis (FAR)
  • Computer skills include ability to operate Microsoft office application

(e.g., Excel, Word), and utilize Epiroc portal (share point, Docmine,

etc.).

  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English, both written

and oral communication.

  • Able to drive light vehicle (car) and has driving license.
