Technical Lead

• Led a team of engineers across different tech stacks. You will participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in product and design to build the product roadmap, set customer-focused metrics, and experiment with designs
• Led the quarterly planning and developed a smooth execution plan with the team to ensure the delivery of the product and engineering roadmap
• Set the engineering strategy and establish key result targets for the team while consistently improving testability, availability, security, and code quality for your systems and modules
• Keep your team appropriately staffed in alignment with business needs and quickly pivot to changing requirements
• Prior experience with scalable architecture involves managing a team of at least five engineers, coaching and mentoring them, and maintaining a role in code development

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience across various technologies platforms

• At least 2 years of experience as a successful technical leader

• Demonstrating a critical thinking approach to challenges with a logical and analytical mindset, while ensuring that every decision is backed by sound reasoning and a clear understanding of potential outcomes, is necessary

• A cultural role model with a strong sense of humility and empathy, ready to roll up their sleeves and help the team achieve engineering excellence

• Able to eliminate friction or blockers, both technical and managerial, in development team

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools

• Experience with database architectures such as MySQL and PostgreSQL

• Experience with database migration

• Experience deploying code on AWS or Red Hat OpenShift containers

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Ruby, Go, and Rust, is a plus

• Familiar with Agile methodology

• Willing to work on-site in Banking Industry (Bintaro, Tangerang)
