  • Lead the design and development of backend architecture using Java Spring Boot.
  • Guide the team in building scalable, secure, and maintainable APIs and microservices.
  • Set coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with product owners and other teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Mentor and support developers in solving technical challenges.
  • Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science/Informatics or equivalent
  • Have 5+ years of experience, including as team leader
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written) is a MUST.
  • Strong Experince in Java Spring Boot
  • Knowing technical skill related to Microservices, unit testing
  • Prefer experience in banking industry
