Job Description
Technical Sales Manager specialties – East Area is responsible to develop sales turn over and market share of the company and manage new business development of specialties product (expansion of products and customers portfolio) in the respective regions to achieve the sales growth and revenue goals by understanding technical challenges and providing solutions, prospecting and consulting with new customers, develop innovative and effective sales strategies and engagement techniques etc.

Technical Sales Manager specialties – East Area is responsible to develop sales turn over and market share of the company and manage new business development of specialties product (expansion of products and customers portfolio) in the respective regions to achieve the sales growth and revenue goals by understanding technical challenges and providing solutions, prospecting and consulting with new customers, develop innovative and effective sales strategies and engagement techniques etc.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities and selected technical support across Indonesia, with a focus on East Java. Your main goal is to drive revenue and ensure timely payment collection.
- Understand customer challenges, whether in feed mills, integrated operations, or self-mixing farms. Identify the core issues before recommending practical solutions. For more complex problems, involve internal experts and communicate a complete solution to the customer.
- Grow the business by identifying and approaching new leads, building relationships, and promoting our products through technical advice, product demos, and presentations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Work closely with the Technical team to track feed and animal performance data. Coordinate documentation and gather customer testimonials to support product effectiveness.
- Stay informed on market trends and gather insights from your region to help guide our strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Technical, Supply Chain, Credit and Collection, and Marketing to ensure smooth support and service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or Animal Husbandry
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales of specialty animal nutrition products
- Based in East Java
- Commercially focused and motivated by results
- Independent, reliable, and able to work without close supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and confident in supporting specialty product sales
- Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships, especially with feed mills, integrators, and commercial farms
- Proficient in preparing reports, giving presentations, and handling customer concerns
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written
- Valid driving license (SIM A)
