What You Will Do :

  • Demonstrate the value of GYS products by providing tailored technical support to engineering consultants, contractors, and developers across Indonesia.
  • Track and maintain a pipeline of upcoming and ongoing construction projects, identifying key decision-makers and opportunities for GYS product inclusion.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical content and presence for case studies, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
  • Compile usage cases and feedback from project sites to continuously enhance the customer experience and reinforce GYS’s technical credibility in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to gain trust and long-term engagement
  • Attend technical meetings, site visits, and industry events as GYS representative

What We are Looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in steel, construction, or building materials is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interested in both technical problem-solving and customer interaction
  • Familiar with structural software is a plus
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about project development cycles
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work onsite in Cikarang
