Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Engineering, Business Administrator Minimum 1-year experience in Handling Procurement and Business Adm Understanding of Steel Market and any automotive and automation part Proficient in the use of English Excellent Communicator and Well Organized
• Willing to work at Sagulung, Batuaji- Batam Area,

Tasks & responsibilities

• Sourcing and communicate required direct and indirect material to potential vendor (including overseas supplier) in order to complete product pricing processes.
• Review all technical data for goods to be purchase based on drawing and historical purchase Sourcing and communicate with vendor for requirement, pricing, bidding, contract deal
• Coordinate with Development Engineer for any technical information related with part/product design in order to meet customer requirement
• Build time line for sourcing completion process and follow up all vendor and related party.
• Reporting of incoming and outgoing sourcing material daily, pricing and presented to Manager for week meetings
