Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiar with company products and responsible for promoting product solutions.
• Providing technical support to client managers.
• Collecting and analyzing customer technical requirements to provide solutions.
• Preparing technical documents for contracts and prototypes, as well as handling internal company procedures.
• Guiding on-site engineering implementation.
• Resolving on-site technical issues and executing engineering projects for customers.
• Providing technical services and training to customers on product functionality, usage, inspection, and other aspects.

Jobs Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Energy, or related fields.
• High-level English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Able to accept domestic travel, strong sense of responsibility, outgoing and lively personality.
• Preference for candidates with technical support or product manager experience.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to conduct business communication and negotiations without barriers. Candidates who are also fluent in Chinese will be preferred.
