Technical Support Intern (Remote)

Thank you for your interest in our vacancy! We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Our company is located in New York, so please be mindful of the time zone differences.

We work with clients across the USA and beyond. Our primary activities include setting up CRM systems for small and medium-sized businesses, developing integrations, and automating various cloud services.

We are partners with major companies such as Pipedrive, Kommo CRM, Twilio, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming requests from new and existing clients;
• Describe automations and business processes using diagrams and documentation;
• Test CRM integrations/automations for new clients;
• Complete tasks on the ClickUP platform;
• Participate in planning meetings;
• Create simple automations and perform basic CRM setup.

Requirements:

• Quick learner;
• Strong logical thinking and curiosity or experience in a similar project involving CRM or other cloud system integrations;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Discipline and responsibility;
• Experience in technical support is a plus.

Conditions:

• Work under the guidance of a mentor;
• 6/1 schedule;
• Working hours are from 5 AM to 2 PM Indonesian time, but this schedule will not be implemented immediately. It may be possible to shift the working hours from 6 AM to 3 PM or from 7 AM to 4 PM;
• One-hour lunch break;
• Monthly salary payment at the end of the month;
• Friendly team.
