Vacancy: Technical Support Specialist

What We Expect

• Secondary specialized, higher, including incomplete higher education, and work experience of at least 1 (one) year.
• Advanced PC skills.
• Knowledge of IT terminology, general principles of building information systems for large companies.
• Basic understanding of the principles of corporate networks and server systems.
• Experience with MS Office.

What Will Be The Tasks

• Technical support for second-level IT services, which are supported and implemented by the Department of Operational Technologies (hereinafter referred to as DOT).
• Processing user requests.
• Classification and prioritization of applications.
• Technical assistance and effective resolution of requests.
• User consulting.
• Interaction with 1 and 3 support lines, routing requests.
• Analysis of typical requests and problems, development of solutions, filling the knowledge base.
• Preparation of proposals for improving systems and processes.
• Control of your own KPIs for processing requests (number of completed requests, response time, delayed execution).
• Participation in testing software and new application releases.
• Participation in meetings with developers and system development project managers.

The candidate's location is in one of the following cities: Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro. After the end of the war, work in the company's office is envisaged.
