About The Role

Join PT Mata Pelangi Chemindo as a Technical Support Staff based in Tangerang Banten. In this full-time role, you will provide expert technical support and guidance to our textile printing industry clients, ensuring they get the most out of our high-quality chemical products (textile printing pigment and Plastisol Ink (PVC-based)).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Offering technical advice and solutions to clients on the use of our textile printing chemicals
  • Conducting on-site visits and training sessions to support clients in optimizing their printing processes
  • Analysing client feedback and technical data to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Collaborating with the R&D team to develop new and innovative chemical solutions
  • Perform color-matching work. Match and QC colors on request using best color practices
