Job Responsibilities

  • Input and manage data accurately into the company's internal system based on provided databases.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or customers as listed in the system.
  • Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits and features of the company's products or services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and perform follow-ups in accordance with established procedures.
  • Update prospect information and status accurately within the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product and marketing, to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; relevant experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with good data entry and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage prospect data accurately.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
