Job Descriptions:
  • Assisting Purchasing / Tender Process Dept Head to communicate with Suppliers for the price, delivery time.
  • Supervise and coordinate with Purchaser /Tender process staff for any PO transaction/ Tender Process.
  • Supervise Purchasing/Tender Process Admin to maintain digital and physical admin documents and records.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with new and existing vendors.
  • Controlling and monitoring the team according to the scope of work and target schedule/timeline.
  • Ensuring timely report (weekly, monthly and related report required).
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any major with related experience in tender process / procurement field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skill in both written and verbal.
  • Fast learner, adaptable , able to multitask and have a good time management.
  • Advance skills with MS Office, especially excel, and familiar with SAP.
  • English ( excellence in written, verbal min passive).
  • Familiar with tender process and purchase of goods/services.
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
