Test/Debug Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform programming, ICT, FCT setup
• PM and tooling management system and execution
• Consolidate testing machine downtime
• Debug and troubleshooting
• Debug finding, WIP inventory update
• Assist and report to Test Engineer
• Support clearing debug WIP testing AD
• In-charge line support on testing processes
• Support Daily/Weekly PM
• Assist in designing functional circuit tester development
• Assist in building prototypes for proof-of-concept testing. Including part design, sourcing, circuit construction, automation, and software development.
• Support all advanced test department activity with the proper documentation
• Perform FCT commissioning and FCT handover to related department
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned.

Qualifications

• D3 in Electronics
• Min. 2 years experience in testing PCBA industry/manufacturing
• Good attitude & mindset
• Familiar with OKANO and AGILENT/HP ICT machine
• Able work in team
• Able to read PCBA schematic diagram
• Wiling work on night shift
• Able troubleshot ICT/FCT failures
