s.As a Trade Asset Service Supervisor, your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, effectively managing assets, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing administrative tasks within the Trade Asset team. Covering the areas of West Java, Jakarta, and Banten, this Tangerang-based position offers a dynamic, hands-on leadership opportunity to help maintain our market leadership and drive impactful result

• nceEnsure timely execution of maintenance, installation, withdrawal, and sanitation of draught beer machines and chille
• rs.Supervise vehicle maintenance and enforce consistent team hygiene standards to uphold the company’s ima

ge.Asset & Inventory Managem

• entMaintain stock and spare parts inventory for draught beer machines, accessories, and C
• O2.Forecast needs, balance stock levels across the warehouse and technicians' vehicles, and manage spare part distributi

on.Team Supervis

• ionGuide and schedule the team to cover both regular and ad-hoc maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient operations across a broad ar
• ea.Act as a backup when technicians are unavailable or when urgent issues ari

se.Customer Relationship Managem

• entBuild strong relationships with distributors, Area Business Managers (ABMs), and outlet managers to resolve issues and improve service quali

Candidate Crite

• ria Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• ing.Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with knowledge of cooling systems (mandato
