About The Position
The Trade Marketing Manager - Food Services is responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating trade marketing strategies and activations specifically for B2B channels, including Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) and food service operators. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Trade Marketing to enhance category value, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve profitable growth for the company and its partners.

About The Position
The Trade Marketing Manager - Food Services is responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating trade marketing strategies and activations specifically for B2B channels, including Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) and food service operators. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Trade Marketing to enhance category value, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve profitable growth for the company and its partners.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies tailored to Horeca and food service channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Execution & Coordination: Manage the execution of trade marketing activities, including innovation launches, portfolio management, activations, promotions, in-store communication, and budgeting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure seamless execution of promotional plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on category, channel, and customer performance using sell-in and sell-out data.
- Promotional Management: Monitor flyer numbers, shares, and promotional pricing, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- POS Material Design: Create and oversee the design of point-of-sale materials, adapting key visuals from marketing or developing original designs.
- Tailored Product Launches: Coordinate customized product launch projects, including promotional materials, master data management, and stickering, in collaboration with KAMs and supply chain teams.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade marketing or Category Development or Channel Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector with exposure in ATC or Horeca Channel.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to derive actionable insights from data and market information.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams.
- Leadership: Capability to lead projects independently and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Nielsen Answers is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Horeca and food service channels within the Indonesian FMCG market.
