Job Description

  • Analyze and process data from each Sales Promoter & merchant/outlet visit
  • Able to identify training needs and provide training/support to the Sales Promoter team regarding SPLX product knowledge, current promo and system
  • Ensure that the grooming and knowledge of the Sales Promoter team is in accordance with SOP
  • Prepare and update the training manuals
  • Analyze feedback for improvement opportunities
  • Ensure and prepare reports on the results of training implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in every major, or a related field
  • Have At least 2 year’s experience in the sales training environment
  • Have expertise in auditing or quality checks and analytical thinking skills
  • Have high communication skills
  • Familiar with financing industry and financial technology
  • Able to work individually and in a team
  • Willing to work mobile for placement in the required area
