Your Qualifications
- Plan and coordinate transportation activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of sparepart and machine.
- Optimize routes to minimize distance, cost, and lead time while ensuring safety standards are met.
- Analyze transportation costs, carrier performance, and delivery times to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouses, customs and suppliers to synchronize shipping schedules.
- Handle transportation documentation, including bills of lading, shipping instructions, and insurance requirements.
- Monitor transportation operations in real-time to resolve issues and minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulation.
- Coordinating and executing export operational activities in collaboration with relevant departments involved in the export process.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in transportation coordination, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in using TMS ( Transportation Management systems ) and Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint ).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
