Key Responsibilities

  • Actively handling our leads or clients from Italy.
  • Initiate communication with potential clients through phone or email, develop a connection, and arrange meeting appointments.
  • Coordinate with Travel Assistants to create the most suitable Travel itinerary for clients.
  • Giving the consultation for the customer trip in Indonesia.
  • The initiative promotes our product to the clients.
  • Able to maintain good communication and relations from new leads up to closing.
  • Build a good relationship with all of the clients.
  • Responsible for the validity of the tour budget
  • Ensure the customer’s trip went smoothly and followed the planned itinerary.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s equivalent.
  • Having experience in the Travel / Hospitality industry will be a plus point.
  • Able to communicate in Italian Language, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in English Language, both oral and written.
  • Technology/Computer literate.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, email).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to maintain good time management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
