Treasury (Temporary Contract)

Key Responsibility

• Maintain and process Petty Cash transactions.
• Maintain and updated Staff Advance, Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
• Process and monitor Advance Payment to vendor.
• Cash Book Bank Monitoring.
• Liaise with Bank related Bank financing and facilities.
• Assist to ensure sufficient fund and bank lines for supplier payment.
• Monitor Installment plans and Vendors payment plans.
• Ad-Hoc job assigned by Superior
• Improvement process related to the treasury include system
• Maintain and process monthly payment utilities and other reimbursement

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar in position.
• Experience in Treasury
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Accurate, honest detail and well organized.
• High integrity
• Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
• Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
• Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
• Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
• Quick learner, good analytical skill, and problem-solving ability
