TRM Section Head - Ecovia

Job Descriptions:

• Overseeing the entire tender process from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender negotiations, including tender document analysis and cross-functional team coordination
• Creating a monthly tender report.
• Leading and developing the tender team, including task allocation, and performance monitoring for operational efficiency.
• Negotiating prices, contract terms, and delivery times with vendors/suppliers.
• Procuring goods and services in accordance with departmental requirements and company policy.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 year of work experience in related field.
• Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office and SAP System).
• Able to work well in a team and tight schedule.
• Familiar with the administration process.
• Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata - Cibubur.
