Persyaratan

  • Memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap UI/UX dan desain produk
  • Mahir menggunakan tools desain seperti Figma, Adobe XD, atau sejenisnya
  • Memahami dasar-dasar HTML, CSS & JavaScript (karena akan bekerja sama dengan developer, ini akan sangat membantu)
  • Memiliki kepekaan terhadap layout, tipografi, dan desain yang responsif
  • Memiliki portofolio proyek desain sebelumnya (boleh dari proyek pribadi, tugas kuliah, atau freelance)
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri namun tetap terbuka terhadap kolaborasi dan masukan
  • Familiar dengan HRIS atau aplikasi enterprise menjadi nilai tambah, tapi tidak wajib

Nilai Plus

  • Berpengalaman dalam mendesain untuk platform mobile (Android/iOS)
  • Familiar dengan desin sistem dan desain berbasis komponen
