Job Description

SimpliDOTS currently looking for a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and align with our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, analyze market trends, and design compelling solutions that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, Marketing) to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and visual standards across all platforms.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in SaaS B2B, Distribution Management Systems (DMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
