UI/UX Designer - Yogyakarta

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), placement in Yogyakarta. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in designing user interfaces and experiences that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and effective. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to translate ideas and requirements into intuitive digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on findings.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Create design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Translate business needs and user requirements into creative design solutions.
• Ensure that all designs are responsive and accessible across devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving the overall user experience across products.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related design role (including internships or freelance).
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and thought process.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
