Role Description

UI/UX Designers are responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetic, and functional user experiences and interfaces for digital products (websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and internal systems). This role ensures that the product meets user needs through processes such as research, prototyping, and handoff to the development team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing digital products such as websites, mobile apps, or dashboards.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design process, problem-solving, and final outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
• Strong understanding of UI design fundamentals—layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs across multiple devices.
• Experience collaborating with developers for design handoff.
