Job Description:

• Assist the supervisor in preparing periodic reports on equipment and facility conditions and updating SOPs and drawings for utility systems, including Boiler, Water Treatment Plant, HVAC, and Clean Utilities.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and major maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Ensure utility systems comply with licensing and regulatory requirements by supporting installation, operation, and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and manage the availability of machine spare parts and coordinate technician activities while reviewing and evaluating their work
• Support new projects and initiatives related to utility mechanical systems, including coordination with other engineering teams and departments.
