Vehicle Register Officer - Semarang

• Proactively remind customers about upcoming vehicle document registrations and renewals
• Oversee and monitor the entire registration process, ensuring smooth coordination with both internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all vehicle documentation

Job Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) from any major
• At least 1 year of experience in vehicle administration, registration, or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle registration and renewal procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers and vendors
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
