Video Content Creator - Production Executive - Paid Intern

We are looking for a creative and passionate Production Intern to help us create engaging video content. You will work with our team and external talents to plan, shoot, and edit videos that align with our clients’ needs. This is a great opportunity to bring ideas to life and develop your production skills in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content for various platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, etc.).

- Ensure consistency in visual style and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and execute innovative video ideas.

- Coordinate with internal and external talents to manage production schedules.

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, add effects, graphics, and soundtracks to enhance video quality.

- Ensure final videos meet the required specifications and deadlines.

- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for the content team during the content making process, and provide valuable input on industry trends

- Help source talent pool for production purposes 

Requirements

- Experience in content creating and video editing acts as a strong plus point.

- An agile, adaptable, and most valuable team member.

- Reliable and good team member who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.

- Familiarity with editing tools like Capcut

- Ability to direct and guide talent during video shoots to achieve desired performances

- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Equipped with a good attitude and work ethic.

- A creative mind who's enthusiastic and energetic

- Takes initiative and eager to learn new skills within the industry.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to peers and leads
