We are looking for a passionate and talented Visual Designer to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for creating visual text and imagery concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our clients.

Job Description

• Conceptualize visuals based on the industry and familiarity with our company brand identity
• Create a design using the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic and implement them across various media
• Producing various visual outcomes such as marketing and branding collaterals both printed and online, website graphics, website layout, videos, gifs, presentations, image editing, etc
• Collaborate with marketing manager and team members to ensure consistency of designs across our various media outlets
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure the timely delivery of materials
• Monitor and analyse the performance of content, and come up with ideas for improvement
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates excellent artistic sense and a keen eye for detail
• 1-3 years experience in graphic design
• Familiarity with design and video software and technologies
• Familiarity with AI design tools for generating images, videos, voice-over, video editing, streamlining multiple channel deliveries
• Knowledge and experience in website UI/UX is a plus
• Experience in video editing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions and collaborate with other team members
• Possess creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking
• Ability to translate marketing briefs into graphics and motion
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
• Good spoken and written in English
• Willing to relocate to Bali
