Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities :

• Create and supervise appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Have good analyze and strategy for managing Store to increase good performance and GMV
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
• Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
• Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree Interior Design, DKV or related subject
• At least 2 years of experience with similar position in retail or beauty industry
• Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop, Ppt, Excel
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and utilization station
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey result
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to work in Alam Sutera
