VP-Head of Acquisition Circle Jaya
Location: Jakarta, Jakarta, ID Level: Senior Manager and Above Employment Status: Department: Group Sales & Distribution Jakarta Raya Description: Acquisition:- Assess the business’ current and future competitive position with a view to defining the in-market acquisition strategy for the B2C/segment and lead specific initiatives that deliver against strategy and the AOP targets.
- Identifying, developing trade acquisition program together with revenue driven purpose in Circle, evaluating, and securing new trade opportunities to enhance the organization’s portfolio. Focus on building relationships with potential partners, negotiating trade agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Product Circle and HQ to develop and execution of an acquisition strategy and go-to market insights, with a goal of driving acquisition, increasing engagement, and growing revenue
- Work closely with S&D HQ to aligned with S&D strategy and develop local circle trade acquisition program in order to gain more subscribers and drive revenue to achieve Circle Target.
- Help the marketing or sales team in region in program leads for potential new subscriber's acquisitions across all territory in Circle Office.
- Proactively monitors market changes/needs, competitor landscape and feedback on important activities (e.g., industry trends, new features/automation, services, etc.).
Distribution:
- Build a strong and efficient distribution channel, infrastructure, reseller expansion, that can translate to a sustainable incremental run-rate business.
- Develop and manage the distribution network for 3ID products.
- Wins, maintains, and expands relationships with existing and potential distributors based on geography, channel, or market/cluster.
- Responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and distributor recruitment objectives.
- Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners.
Area of Responsibilities:
- Develop the customer segmentation strategy based on analysis of transactional and behavioral data to drive Acquisition campaigns.
- Develop and align the Acquisition & Distribution strategy to meet the KPI of revenue generation
- Recommend new strategies, innovative ideas, and automation to grow the channel
- Focus on horizontal and vertical growth (recruiting new distributor, opening new marketing tie up & developing existing)
- Leads and drives acquisition focused sales activities and communicates the opportunities, objectives, strategy, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Perform Pre & Post acquisition campaign analysis to help drive strategy and execution of future programs and product launches
- Drive communication that increases consumers’ engagement with the brand and lifetime value
- Align distributors to targeted KPI for effective sales distribution
- Managing and developing the current partner base as well as recruiting and enabling new partners
- Defines the revenue, sales, distribution parameters target for the set of distributors/partners
- Regular review of distributors' KPI performance and activities (monthly and quarterly)
- Regular check in with all distributors, and work with poor-performing distributors to identify opportunities.
- Drive specific incentive and enablement programs for the distributors and their resellers
- Present regular and accurate reports for management review
- Analyze performance across the various marketing functions, and share metrics and learnings with stakeholders
- Conduct thorough market analysis to assess the viability of trade opportunities, including competitive landscape and potential risks.
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company
- Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning
- Ensure all trade acquisitions comply with local, national, and international trade regulations and standards
- Anticipate future initiatives related to acquisition & distribution, technology, budget and business within department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to trade acquisition activities, including proposals and agreements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired trade opportunities to assess profitability and strategic alignment.
- Work co-operatively with other team members, related stakeholders from different organization within and outside partners to accomplish delegated tasks assigned by managers.
- Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
- Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner
Qualification:
- Proven track record and strong practice in Trade Marketing / Retail Sales achievement
- Strong understanding and practice in Retail Telco Business & Trade Marketing approach
- Creativity and openness for innovation
- Openness for Understanding channel partner behavior what influence the acquisition, retention, and use of goods, services and ideas by consumers (competitiveness).
- Having comprehensive knowledge and ability of Community Sales to enhance revenue and productivity of products and services.
Related Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing / Retail Sales background
- Have experience in sales, channel and distribution.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing communication.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills and capabilities
- Strong background from Retail Sales company preferred.
- Analytical thinking together with strong understanding of business and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and capabilities
- Target oriented problem-solving approach and decision-making capabilities
- Excellence in people management and human resource development
- Strong in Cost & Benefit management
