Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Align business operations with the company's mission and goals. Clear and actionable strategic plans.
- Industry & Market Research: Analyze industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities. Identified emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Opportunity Prioritization: Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities. Defined priority list of initiatives with potential ROI.
- Planning & Implementation: Develop implementation plans for prioritized initiatives. Timely and efficient implementation of business initiatives.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Accurate and realistic forecasts and budgets.
- Operational Insights: Utilize internal knowledge to develop forward-looking strategies. Proactive operational adjustments based on insights.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Provide strategic business insights to support decisions. Improved decision quality and timeliness.
- Commercial Alignment: Align commercial objectives with national goals and optimize performance. Optimized commercial performance and goal alignment.
- Performance Optimization: Develop initiatives to optimize overall business performance. Increased efficiency and productivity across functions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business plans effectively. Strong stakeholders buy-in and alignment.
- Strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Number and relevance of market insights delivered.
- Percentage of opportunities implemented versus identified.
- Success rate of implemented plans.
- Variance between forecasted and actual results.
- Percentage of operations aligned with strategic goals.
- Adoption rate of insights-driven decisions by leadership.
- Percentage of commercial objectives aligned with strategies.
- Improvement in key business performance metrics.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and implementation success rate.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in business strategy, planning, or a related role.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role involving strategic planning and execution.
- Expertise In-depth knowledge of business operations, resource allocation, and financial planning.
- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and creating data-driven strategic models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools, financial modeling software, and business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.
