The Warehouse Analyst oversees warehouse administration and inventory across locations, leads documentation, and conducts cycle counts to identify and resolve issues found in daily operations.

Work Location: PT. SPM Surface Products Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Travel Requirement: None

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

Domestic relocation is not available for this position.

What You Will Do

• Oversee and maintain accurate, timely inventory transactions.
• Coordinate cycle counting activities.
• Handle administrative tasks and record filing.
• Execute transactions in the Warehouse Syteline system.
• Initiate Purchase or Material Requisitions for consumables.
• Track and manage consumable inventory levels.
• Submit weekly and monthly Inventory and KPI reports.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by SPM Management.
• Prioritise EHS and demonstrate safe behaviour.
• Conduct risk assessments before work begins.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
  
  

What Will Set You Apart

• Diploma or high school with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations.
• Skilled in report writing using database tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and experienced with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Syteline ERP.
  
  

Physical Requirements (with Or Without Reasonable Accommodation)

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including manual handling, small packing/re-packing, filling.
