Position Summary

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including inventory control, receiving and shipping of goods, and maintaining well-organized and efficient warehouse environment. They play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods accurately.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to optimize space utilization.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and condition before shipping.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping carriers to schedule timely delivery.
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, shipments, and receipts.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and record retention policies.
