Warehuse Specialist - Banjarmasin (English Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks.
   • Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
   • Update inventory records and reports using warehouse management systems (WMS).
2. Order Fulfillment:
   • Process orders and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
   • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams for on-time delivery.
   • Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods.
3. Warehouse Organization:
   • Ensure goods are stored efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
   • Organize warehouse layout to maximize storage space and efficiency.
   • Label, tag, and track products in designated areas.
4. Quality Control:
   • Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
   • Ensure products meet required specifications before dispatch.
   • Address any discrepancies in shipments and resolve issues with suppliers.
5. Equipment and Safety:
   • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently.
   • Conduct regular maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
   • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including training staff on safety procedures.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.
   • Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance.
   • Assist in audits and compliance checks.
7. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and vendors.
   • Assist in training new employees and monitoring their performance.
   • Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must
