Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with workshop team related the repair job in workshop.
  • Issued the purchase requisition for repair part, and coordinate with purchasing for the execution.
  • Prepare the ticket for any repair job at workshop and coordinate with workshop planner.
  • Prepare the ticket for any warranty execution which need field service engineer and coordinate with service engineer planner.
  • Planning the schedule of warranty execution engineer and communicate the schedule to the customer and relate department.
  • Coordinate with engineering to prepare the ID SAP and drawing for repair job
  • Coordinate with the superior related target priority
  • Encourage availability spare-part for finish the workshop's task,
  • Prepared Spare Parts form external sources and local parts
  • Open internal communication if needed related internal fabrication part

Manage Warranty Claim and execution, communicate with customer related warranty claim, timeline and schedule for execution, and delegate Field Service (in coordinate with Field Service Planner)

  • Feedback to the customer and sales related warranty claim and the outstanding claim.
  • Coordination with internal for solving warranty claim
  • Update Report Warranty Claim
  • Issued "Form Request Part" for Warranty Claim
  • Making "Work Order or Ticket" if part for warranty claim need fabrication from service facility
  • Coordinate Logistic for send the part to Customer
  • Monitoring the old core part come to warehouse as evidence Warranty Claim
