Role Description – Web Developer (Full-Time, On-Site – Malang)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our team in Malang. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Web Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Key responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, debugging, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with designers and developers to implement features and ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and proficiency in using Figma
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in WordPress development
• Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and modern web development technologies
• Comprehensive knowledge understanding of web development standards, best practices, and performance optimization
• Excellent programming skills with experience in debugging and optimization.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working in a digital marketing environment is a plus
