We are seeking a highly capable Web3 Developer based in Malaysia or Indonesia. The successful candidate will design and deliver production-grade smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) across Ethereum (L1/L2) and Solana, including token development and deployment, NFT collections, and secure on-chain integrations.

Title: Web3 Developer

Responsibilities

Smart Contract Engineering

• Design, implement, and audit Solidity contracts for Ethereum L1 and L2 networks (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, zkSync, StarkNet).
• Develop Solana programs in Rust using Anchor, including program-derived accounts (PDAs) and account constraints.
• Implement and maintain token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, SPL) with custom tokenomics (mint/burn, vesting, emissions, fee logic).
  
  

Token and NFT Delivery

• Execute end-to-end delivery of fungible tokens and NFT collections, including metadata pipelines, royalties, allowlists, and verification.
• Utilize OpenZeppelin libraries and automated deployment/verification via Hardhat/Foundry (EVM) and Anchor CLI (Solana).
  
  

dApp Development

• Build robust front ends with React/Next.js and TypeScript; integrate wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom).
• Implement EVM integrations using wagmi/viem and ethers.js; implement Solana clients with @solana/web3.js and Anchor.
• Manage decentralized storage and metadata via IPFS/Arweave; employ Metaplex tooling where appropriate.
  
  

Blockchain Integrations

• Integrate node providers (e.g., Alchemy, Infura, QuickNode), indexers (The Graph), oracles (Chainlink), and cross-chain bridges (Wormhole, LayerZero).
• Implement subgraphs, event indexing, and off-chain services to support performant user experiences.
  
  

Security and Quality Assurance

• Apply secure development practices (checks-effects-interactions, reentrancy protection, role-based access control).
• Create comprehensive test suites (unit, fuzz, property-based) with Foundry, Hardhat, and Anchor tests.
• Perform analysis with Slither, Echidna, and Tenderly; coordinate third-party audits when required.
  
  

Performance and Cost Optimization

• Optimize gas/compute usage, storage layout, calldata packing, and Solana compute budgets.
• Profile transactions, simulate mainnet scenarios, and account for MEV and frontrunning risks.
  
  

Observability and Operations

• Establish monitoring, alerting, and analytics using Tenderly, Etherscan/Solscan APIs, custom logs, and dashboards (e.g., Dune).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) with staged deployments and automated verification.
  
  

Governance, Compliance, and Key Management

• Implement multisignature controls (Safe), timelocks, and permissioned roles.
• Integrate community governance (Snapshot, Tally) and basic compliance hooks where required.
• Manage secrets and keys using KMS/Vault and hardware wallets.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with backend teams to expose services via REST, gRPC, or GraphQL.
• Produce clear documentation, technical specifications, and post-incident reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, the EVM, Solana’s account model and PDAs, gas/compute economics, bridges, and oracles.
• Proficient in Solidity with Hardhat/Foundry and OpenZeppelin; experienced in Rust with Anchor for Solana.
• Demonstrated ability to design, test, and verify secure contracts and programs.
• Proven track record delivering ERC-20/721/1155 and SPL tokens; NFT metadata, royalties (EIP-2981), allowlists/merkle trees, and reveal mechanics.
• Frontend experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, wagmi/viem, ethers.js, @solana/web3.js, and wallet integrations.
• Familiarity with signature standards (EIP-712) and safe transaction flows.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; strong CI/CD practices and environment promotion strategies.
• Comfortable with node providers, indexers, decentralized storage, and oracle integrations.
• Familiarity with common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, access control flaws, overflow/underflow, frontrunning/MEV, signature replay, oracle manipulation).
• Hands-on use of security tooling (Slither, Echidna, Tenderly simulations, Foundry fuzzing).
• Clear technical writing, code review participation, and the ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced setting.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with zero-knowledge tools (circom, snarkjs) and zk-rollups (StarkNet, zkSync).
• Knowledge of account abstraction (ERC-4337), paymasters, and session keys.
• Cross-chain messaging patterns and associated security considerations.
• Prior contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
• Analytics and growth capabilities (e.g., Dune queries, attribution).
• Cost optimization strategies (transaction batching, calldata compression, L2 routing).
• Mobile dApp development experience (React Native) and wallet SDK integrations.
• Familiarity with compliance/KYT providers and marketplace royalty standards.
