Web3 Product Manager

Position : Web3 Product Manager

Level : Grade 4-5 (Full-time)

Reporting to : CEO

Hiring Needs : 1 headcount

Scope of Work:

• Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our web3 product portfolio.
• Be the expert contact point for both internal and external stakeholders within the web3 products segment.
• Lead the go-to-market for our web3 products proposition based on our current infrastructure building blocks.
• Combine technical specifications with market needs and translate them into value add-ons in our infrastructure building blocks for the web3 products segment.
• Lead proofs-of-concept with prospects, to work closely and efficiently engage with our internal Tech team.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure we drive our game products proposition forward.
• Test ongoing tasks and ensure that everything is on schedule.
• Analyze and interpret data to produce meaningful conclusions and provide insights on game features.
• Help to set the strategic direction, develop and execute on the product's roadmap.

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, especially in web3 projects.
• Solid experience working on an entire product life cycle, from discovery to go-to-market.
• Experience with market research and knowledge of go-to-market strategies.
• Understanding the value of (in)formal networks, with experience in working with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Familiar with the Agile methodology.
• The ability to influence decision-making throughout the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Strong adaptable and hands-on approach to anticipating surprises and providing solutions.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach, with the ambition to develop both yourself and your team.
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
