Welder Piping

1.Perform GTAW -SMAW welding process to joint, fabricate and repair duplex or super duplex stainless-steel structures and components

2.Able to Read and interpret weld map and WPS

3.Able to set up and operate welding equipment, selecting the appropriate rods, wires and welding parameters for each project

4.Inspect weld to ensure compliance with standards and project specification

5.Conduct pre-weld and post weld inspection to verify the integrity and quality of weld

6.Maintain the welding equipment performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues

7.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects

8.Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

9.Document work performed, including materials used, welding parameters and inspection result
