General Requirements

  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same position
  • Min Bachelor’s degree in HR management / law/ psychology
  • Have to know about BPJS and employment regulations
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, leadership skill, analytical, employee relation including labor and law
  • Accustomed to deliver training, coaching, and counseling
