What you will be responsible for:

• Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include: Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy
• Own the client relationship, acting as the daily point of contact and growing the account
• Manage a media team consisting of planner/buyers and media executives and managing their workload
• Own the account(s), including leading media partner discussions, tracking, and internal documentation such as financial entries and billing
• Lead campaign-performance decisions based on client data
• Maintain a high standard of quality for reporting and campaign delivery
• Assist the Account Director with the strategic direction of the account(s)
  
  
  

What are the requirements of the role?

• Minimum 8-10 years media experience (digital marketing experience strongly preferred)
• Banking experience (client or agency side) is preferrable
• Strong planning and buying experience across mobile or digital
• Wealth of experience across both branding and performance campaigns
• Experience managing junior team members including being responsible for their growth
• Proven track record of client management
• Strong presentation skills
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding MMP for mobile tracking solutions
• Ability to analyze data with an eye for detail to identify client trends and opportunities
• Familiar with App Marketing (nice to have)
