Join Shopee’s dynamic team to drive Affiliate growth in one of the fastest growing digital commerce. In this role, you will take full ownership of end to end projects, transform data into actionable insights, design growth programs, and work closely with senior management to scale youtube affiliate ecosystems.

We are looking for a high potential talent with experience in consulting, tech, or e-commerce with strong analytical, communication skills, and a proactive mindset to spot opportunities and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Conceptualize, execute & manage multiple high impact projects, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable results.
• Translate strategic directions into actionable plans and drive end-to-end project execution from planning to evaluation.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and operational deep-dives across multiple creator programs to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Perform competitive intelligence and provide recommendations to strengthen our strategy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related major, with 3+ years of experience.
• Previous experience in strategy/management consulting, startup, e-commerce, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong interest in the e-commerce and content industry.
• Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills; able to turn complex problems into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; prior partnership experience is a plus.
• Collaborative, self-driven, and proactive in identifying and executing growth opportunities.
