Job Requirement

  • Education & Experience: Min. D3/D4/S1 (All majors) with prior experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Banking, or Service Industry.
  • Language & Communication: Excellent English (mandatory) & Indonesian. Clear, accent-free, polite, and effective telephone communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of banking regulations, proficiency in MS Office, Call Center systems/CRM, and internal banking applications.
  • Core Skills: Strong active listening, analytical problem-solving, empathy, patience, and multitasking (handling calls while inputting data).
  • Work Flexibility:
    • Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights & holidays) and high-pressure environments.
    • Willing to relocate to Semarang after 6–12 months if required.
Job Description

  • Receive incoming calls from customers to provide information about banking products, transactions, balances, and other services.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively, resolving issues quickly and accurately.
  • Provide information about promotions or new banking products.
  • Update customer information in the system in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Assist with transaction processing or provide guidance on the use of digital banking services (mobile banking, ATMs, etc.).
  • Cross-selling offers multiple products to customers (Unlimited sales incentives available)
