SAP HCM Payroll

As a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll Local Support lead you will be the primary point of contact for payroll system support within Indonesia, while also coordinating closely with global support teams to ensure consistent service delivery, issue resolution, and system optimization.

The ideal candidate brings strong functional and technical expertise in EC Payroll, leadership experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Understand on Indonesia regulation that will impact to payroll calculation

Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, schemas, and rules.

Strong understanding of payroll processes and local statutory requirements.

Experience working in a global support model or shared services environment.

SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification.

Understand integrations (e.g., CPI, interfaces with finance systems).
