Job Descriptions:
-
Assist the Sustainability and Community Investment (CI), Financial Literacy & Inclusion teams in executing events, from preparation to on-ground implementation.

Support administrative processes, including contracts with vendors/partners, meeting minutes, invoice handling, PR processing, and Coupa-related logbooks.

Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with internal (cross-department) and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGOs, event organizers, volunteers, etc.).

Manage and maintain central repositories (Sustainability & CI), including MoUs, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, and other documentation.

Conduct and compile media monitoring reports on sustainability and CI-related topics (including monthly reporting for CI).

Support engagement initiatives, including PRUVolunteers activities and development programs.

Develop, write, and manage content for sustainability and CI across internal bulletins, social media, and external media platforms.

Manage Sustainability and CI communications and social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and performance monitoring.

Assist in reviewing and ensuring quality of social media content.

Provide creative ideas for social media campaigns and engagement.
-
Create visual and multimedia content using tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Final Cut, or similar platforms.

Support development of communication materials (posters, videos, publications, etc.) for campaigns and events.
Requirements:

Graduated from a reputable university–at least S1/bachelor’s degree or a final-year student with no active class (preferably majoring in Communication or Public Relation).

Good administrative and multitasking skills.

Familiar with Sustainability Reporting Frameworks

Good analytical skill, preferably have a background/interest in Data Management/Statistics.

Having an action oriented and positive attitude.

Practical knowledge of social media (IG, Tiktok, others).

Creative in providing social media content ideas.

Familiar and able to use editing tools for both photo and video (Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut).

Ability to work in a flexible working arrangement.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
-
Able to commit for 6 months.
