Purpose Of The Role

Manage and oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring payments, resolving disputes, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with internal teams to drive cash flow and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Invoice Management: Ensure that billing data matches actual transactions
• Payment Monitoring: Track incoming payments, verify their accuracy, and follow up with customers for overdue payments to maintain a healthy cash flow
• Billing Dispute Resolution: Address customer inquiries or complaints regarding invoices and work to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Financial Record Keeping and Reporting: Accurately record all payment transactions and assist in preparing financial reports related to billing activities
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with sales, finance, or customer service teams to ensure accurate billing information and smooth payment processes
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• Must-Haves:Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting
• Proficiency in basic Excel
• Ability to work in a team
• Discipline in time management
• Good personality, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar
