Be responsible for delivering outstanding execution of the “Picture of Success” in outlets within their area of control by leading, managing and coaching under their control, jointly working with Key Account NKAMs and LKAMs in order to achieve volume and revenue targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the team to ensure that the PICOS are executed in every store, every week with coaching / audit and up to date in order to achieve sales and marketing execution.
  • Responsible to review target by each area analyze performance to identify sales opportunity.
  • Gather market insight within territory to gain business opportunity to optimize sales forecast accuracy.
  • Monitoring marketing program implemented (up to store level) in respective account as per plan to improved sales performance in each account.
  • Negotiate with customer to optimize market activation to drive SISO and buying plan actualization.
  • Engage with account within area territory to establish superior customer service.
  • Manage overall process, monitor achievement, identify area opportunity, and provide solution related to: Implementation Service Level to each outlet, Review Strategic Routing, Outlet Development implementation, Order Management process, Field verification, Stock Availability
  • Manage overall performance management process in respective area and responsible to cascade target to MDS level
  • Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.

Career Experience And Qualifications

Education Background:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account Management or Execution Management from Multi National Consumer Good Company
  • Willing to frequently travel (field person)
