Responsibilities:

Responsible to create Sales and Business development in respective area of Indonesia, by managing distributor, sub distributors, retailer include to manage sales and promotion team to achieve company goal. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Achieve distributor sell-in, sell-out, and distribution targets.
• Manage A&P budgets effectively for promotions and campaigns.
• Oversee distributor operations including inventory control, trade servicing, and market execution.
• Drive sales and promoter team productivity through regular monitoring and guidance.
• Ensure flawless execution of trade marketing (TM) programs in the market.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales, distribution, promotional activities, and competitor updates to the Sales Manager.
• Propose promotion budgets and credit notes (CNs) for distributor activities.
• Conduct regular meetings and training with distributor and promoter teams to align strategies and improve performance. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
