  • Melakukan monitoring operasional harian tim CIT (pergerakan crew, jadwal, dan status delivery/pickup).
  • Memastikan seluruh aktivitas berjalan sesuai SOP dan SLA yang berlaku.
  • Menginput, mengupdate, dan memvalidasi data operasional ke dalam sistem.
  • Mengontrol dan mencocokkan data transaksi (cash in/out) dengan laporan tim lapangan.
  • Membuat, mengelola, dan memonitor tiket/incident operasional.
  • Melakukan eskalasi dan follow up atas kendala operasional hingga selesai.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (CIT, CPC, FLM) dan pihak terkait.
  • Memastikan kelengkapan dan validitas dokumen operasional (manifest, BA, dll).
  • Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan operasional secara berkala.
  • Melakukan analisa awal terhadap kendala operasional untuk perbaikan proses.
  • Menjaga akurasi data dan ketepatan waktu reporting.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keamanan dan standar perusahaan.
