Our client is a luxury boutique hotel focused on connection, simplicity, and calm, located in Uluwatu, Bali. They are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to support daily front office operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the property.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Front Office Supervisor role or above within a boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hospitality environment
  • Prior experience in Bali is preferred
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with PMS and hotel reservation systems
  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support front office team members
  • Highly professional, organised, and dependable, with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, guest-facing environment
  • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of daily front office operations and ensure the delivery of seamless guest service
  • Welcome guests and oversee efficient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Assist in managing reservations, room allocations, and system updates
  • Supervise and guide front office team members to maintain high service standards
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation
  • Support administrative tasks, reporting, and operational coordination
  • Foster a warm, personalised, and memorable guest experience in line with the property's values
